“Behind every young child who believes in himself is a parent who believed first.”
-Matthew Jacobson
The health and safety of our families, volunteers, community, and employees are our highest priority. During this time, our Youth Assistance offices will be physically closed, and our community events will be suspended. However, our caseworkers are available remotely, and will continue to provide prevention resources and services.
Oxford-Addison Youth Assistance and Insight Counseling Services invites you to view an informative video on handling stress during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Michael Joy, LPC of Insight Counseling Services will discuss:
1. Cope effectively during the ultimate moment of a lifetime, the COVID-19 pandemic
2. Take control of what is ours, our mental health
3. Establish good habits, a routine, and a sense of normalcy
